Paul
Amos the fourth generation of makers, a craftsman working from either
of his two workshop, one just north of london on the banks of
the river Colne, the other on the Wild Atlantic Way in County
Kerry, South West Ireland, here
I make boxes and furniture, my aim is to design and make fine wood
boxes and furniture of the highest quality.
My
favourite fishing spot is Lough Currane, Waterville on the Ring of
Kerry, the river access to the sea is the second shortest in the
World. Currane is a great place to catch Salmon and the World famous
highly prized Sea-Trout, Waterville produces 90% of all specimen
Sea-Trout caught in Ireland, here I spend my time designing and
making in my workshop, these surroundings give me inspiration for my
designs, it also has the biggest distraction .... The stunning and
rugged beauty of the Kerry mountains and countryside, watching the
white tailed eagles soar above the mountains and loughs, not
forgetting the people and the Craic !!!
My
greatest enjoyment is the return to my workshop in Ireland...................
I now specialize in small wooden objects, I make a range of hardwood fly boxes,
also one off jewellery, keepsake and ring boxes.
Surround yourself

all the days of your
